tribunal are you there?

i played an aram earlier today with a graves who called me an "idiot f**got" and told me "kill yourself" all because i said "i would've lived if you didn't take that health relic." i muted him and i reported him for hate speech and verb abuse. but to my knowledge nothing has befallen this player. is telling someone to kill themself not just an instant red flag? is riot going to let this player continue doing this? before you say that reports don't happen automatically, i know this. but telling someone to kill themselves is so serious. what if i had? i could've been a suicidal person on the brink of ending my life and someone telling me to do it could've been the last straw. you never know how someone feels. i feel telling someone to kill themself should result in some sort of insta-ban or perma chat restriction.
