Doxxing & Player Reports

Recently, a friend of mine (who shan't be mentioned here) Doxxed me in a matchmaking lobby of people neither of us knew in real life. I can't tell him not to do it again, because he is unbelievably stubborn, and says that it was perfectly fine for him to do so. I had no idea what to do, and I have put extensive research into the topic. I have concluded that there is no way to report him for it, which isn't fun for me at all. Is there anything that I can do about it, and if I can't, how many people would like to see this in-game?

As an added bonus for any rioters looking at this, reporting people a little while not on the "match end screen" after a game ends; e.g. 1 day after the match ends, would also be very good.

I don't see how this possibly wouldn't be considered harassment. Submit a support ticket and describe what happened.

You should also probably consider whether or not you actually want a friend like that.

Thanks for the advice! actually, he unfriended me about an hour afterwards. I kind of assumed that harassment referred to the act of saying something along the lines of a "Yo' Mama" joke. Again, thank you very much.

Harassment refers to a very wide array of things, from "you're bad" and other minor insults like idiot/kid all the way up to hate speech a threats. Doxing isn't really a common thing so I don't think I have ever seen it come up before but I don't see how that wouldn't fall under harassment.

Just curious, but when you call him a friend do you just mean someone you met on and play league with or like an IRL friend?

He's a friend irl, and thankfully, he didn't give out my social security number or something, which he obviously didn't know. Again, thanks very much!
