Why is a ban an appropriate punishment for justified toxicity?

Why can I get temp-banned for being toxic to a pair of my teammates whose understanding of the game is so shallow that they think that because I went 5/11 (1v3 in lane vs mid, jg, and top, WHILE SHITTING ON MY LANER, and almost half of my teammates are sitting and watching it happen,) while having 20 more cs than the two of them, and an overall better score than one of them, and 4k more damage than the other, I'm somehow the bad player on the team, whereas the mid lane, who literally admitted that he was deliberately throwing the game (not pinging his laner being MIA, or responding in any way whatsoever), LOST his lane while his laner spent more time at top than at mid, and the jungler didn't help take any objectives along the map while the jungler and the mid laner sat in my top lane, were absolutely and 100% fine, according to Riot ("Braindead Scumfux") Video Games, and why was I banned for ostensibly justified toxicity, in response to two of my teammates deliberately trolling and being just as toxic, if not moreso in their ACTIONS, if not necessarily their words? Fix this fucking bullshit, Riot. Because there's absolutely no excuse.

Because if you can't respect the rules, you will get punished And if you keep breaking the rules constantly, sooner or later you'll be perma banned

There's no "justified toxicity". It's just toxicity, which is against the rules

Because in short, there is no such thing as justified toxicity.

Chat gets more strikes before perm becayse it is easier to detect.

Because Riot cant leave it up to players to decide whether their toxicity was justified. So the rules cover everyone regardless of context. We dont have lawyers and justices and court rooms to handle things on a case by case basis like in real life. Everyone is held to the same standard where if you break any rules regardless of context, you get a punishment according to a guideline that was previously laid out by Riot who found it to be appropriate.

Entire system need to be overridden. Then thinks like you mentioned will not happen.

That's like saying "why should I be in jail for justified murder"?

Get the idea? Or no point even trying with you?

dude I cant with this dumb game. You will get in a lobby with people who seem like they have never even played this game before and its just expected that youre not allowed to be angry especially when most of the time they are being total jerk offs.

I'm talking about people who are the same rank as you. and some how they dont understand what a split push is, they dont know like very basic parts of the game. Running in to the fog of war type stuff in to 4 enemies and wonder flame you as to why you werent there when your lane is shoved in. xDD
