There should really be a post-game report system

This post has probably been made countless of times, but going to say it anyways. I am going to start this post off by saying that I have very thick skin. I am toxic as fuck at times but honestly don't care/get bothered by things anybody says to me. But I was faced with a situation the other day where a player added me(didn't play a game with him recently not sure how he got my username) But somehow he did. Anyways what he said was "do everybody a favor and die in a car crash. Low elo Hardstuck piece of filth. KYS filth." Personally, I couldn't care less about what he said. But I know not everybody in the community is the same as me, and I recognize telling somebody to kill themselves just isn't ok in any way.

While I may not have cared about this, others would have. And so I decided to submit a ticket since I couldn't report him any other way. Sadly tickets and the boards aren't places for punishing people, so the guy basically has no punishment. I personally don't care that these things were said to me but I know other people in the community would. So I think there really needs to be a report system seperate from the end of game screen for this reason.
