Riot really needs a person based system on behavior, reports and punishment, not automated.

This is the 3rd or 4th account that has been permanently suspended automatically by some trash of an automated system that suspends and or permanently bans people based on certain criteria in words they search for when you type in chat. First of all, I have spent money on this account and most other accounts, everyone plays and gets mad, and a lot of times you get trolled and reported by other players for nonsense. Just because, my team is losing really badly, where the other team was just messing around with us, and i say lets surrender that deserves a permanent ban? Now I've read the league disclaimer, and the universal rules supposedly it's called and in there it said that the community and or staff do not tolerate toxic behavior. But really, how bad does one's behavior have to be to be considered toxic even? Especially since the suspension itself is not done by a staff or riot team member, so how can you even be judged upon your level of toxicity in your behavior by an automated system? that looks for keywords in particular. I would figure you would have to have human emotions, feelings and a human thought process to figure the difference between actually terrorizing the players and game being played, or evaluating the situation at hand and the cause of a few said such words. League, Riot Staff members, owners you guys deserve to be pursued by a big lawyer company and sued, for taking money from players, ruining there fun, and creating a cancer of a system that you say has been verified by an incognito Riot staff member that has not verified anything, even the email sent to you, was automated by the system. I hope everybody comes to their senses and stops buying and or paying for any league of legends items, rp, gifts, and other accessories. In the end, you as a player have no value to the community, to the Riot team, to the game itself. You're just fueling the rich to get richer and potentially throwing all that money away, when you have a bad day by an automated system.

So Riot, Please for future references have a real member of the team that you have so many of, check and validate the reports and hand out reasonable punishments, your robbing people of there money, there fun and making the game less and less enjoyable. I will look into this matter more, i really would like to see you guys get sued or the game get fined.

Sincerely, a long time player of the community and the game, but no longer. In the end you are really not part of any community you're the fuel to the fire.

If you're uncertain where you are being negative in your chat logs (assuming the punishments are for chat offenses), you should post them here. We can look over them and help give you some insight. We know you don't want to get banned yet again, so let us help.

The automated punishment system IS absurd. I don't know if permanent bans can be done without a human review or not, but if they can then that is laughable and sad at the same time.

I have looked at those articles and have read the summoners code, and on one part of the summoner's code agreement, VI to be exact it states this Show humility in Victory and Grace in defeat, which i am assuming this refers to the enemy team you're playing. Which i would also take inconsideration in regards to the amount of player behavior toxicity amount that can be tolerated. Assuming that it allows a minimum portion to be allowed but not to go overboard and ruin the fun and or any players enjoyment in-game, or harassment, or even negativity that might cause you're team to lose in any sense. This is just pointless to even try and negotiate or even talk about my permanent suspension, because Riot Doesn't care and never has, about player input on behavior policy. There is no point in my trying. I am probably just wasting my time, but i feel like saying what's on my mind right now that is all.

If you want a person to review your punishments, post your chat logs here. Then real people can tell you if you've crossed the line or not.

I feel you bro. i got permabanned too. Riot punishes flaming too severly. I dont mind the toxicity, but this community of wusses annoys me the most.

The reporting system isnt even used for legit reports, but rather for premades to grief, and salty nubs to get revenge on the people that hurt their little feelings.

honesly, reports should be used for racist shit, trolling and cheating. nothing else.

edit: riot only encourages buying accounts on smurf sites. i mena what u rather buy, 2-3 ugly skins or a lvl 30 accoutns with a bunch of champions?

what i don't understand is why the majority of you guys, the community members called supposedly are all against me and making my situation more negative and blowing my excuses out of proportion, thanks guys. 2nd off if you have nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all, I obviously made a post because i am upset at the decision on my account in regards to the permanent suspension for extremely light flaming or horsing around if you will. When i said 3-4 accounts permanently banned, the 1st account was permanently banned after a few reports, but after each and every account was banned permanently based off one game and the slightest amount of toxicity which technically should not be in my opinion the right word to use to describe a player's behavior or my behavior at that time and date personally. If you make a new account due to a permanent suspension of your old account, it should not affect on how little tolerated your behavior can be for the new accounts. This way, in my opinion just makes you more vulnerable more likely to get banned easier and or provoke you to not even speak in game anymore to the point where you can't even talk to your team. Which forces you to use pings assuming a lot I'd say to replace your words with sounds, thus causing people to be irritated and most likely think you're being toxic, annoying, trolling therefore leading to a new report ending up in another permanent suspension and the cycle continues in a circle. This way is extremely bad, discourages the player from even enjoying the game properly and playing and communicating with his team at all.

The fault in this logic is that there is an "excuse" for saying something. Someone else was trolling/being toxic/etc, and you were retaliating or defending yourself.

The fact that someone has attacked you in game does not matter. In Riot's mind, there is absolutely no excuse for any kind of offensive language or verbally abusive words. If you are being verbally abused by another player, Riot has given you the option to block the player and report them after the game. Any sort of toxicity, even if it was used by you for your own "defense" renders you equally as guilty as the offender. The system does not care about "he said it first" or "he said it worse", which is how the system is intended to work: penalize anyone who uses offensive language for any reason. There is no need for a human to do this job. The words, no matter why they are said, are not allowed. Therefore, you only need a system to recognize when the words are said, not why.

If you have done nothing wrong, then the reports against you are irrelevant. If you say nothing the entire game, and somebody reports you for verbal abuse, then you have nothing to worry about. The system won't give any heed to the reports unless they hold substance.

Youve lost 3-4 accounts to perm bans. To receive a perm ban, you have to go through a series of other punishments, and then continue to consistently show negative behavior, to warrant such a severe punishment. Something tells me you're saying more then "Let's surrender" lol. If you have chat logs, post them. But until then, it's pretty safe to assume from so many banned accounts that you aren't exactly a player people enjoy meeting.

Riot has done nothing illegal or wrong. They put in a system to penalize toxic players and protect the community, and it does just that. Just because you were banned doesn't mean the system is faulty; it means you were a consistently negative player and the system removed you. Many times lol.
