Was Elise Wrong?

Elise went initially bot for some reason so it took a while to convince her to go top. But, mainly, she died twice to the top laner and blame it on the jungler 5 mins into the game (#1) and then left top and allowed yorick to farm, and push 2 turrets (#2) and lastly went bot (where i was with a 3/0/2 blitz [me] and a 2/0/4 ashe) and died twice and then me and ashe couldnt fight bot no more (#3). The enemy support, Ornn, and a couple others kept saying she wasnt doing anything wrong. so im asking some unbiased people, did she or am i just being sensitive? lol
