most people associate cussing with your teammates, how you're flaming them for their mistakes. however, I do not do this. i do, however, cuss quite a bit jokingly. for example, my death message rn is "fuck me with a golden spatula" i'm also quite toxic towards my internet provider, saying things like "AT&T specializes in sucking dick and being useless" what I want to know is, is this a bannable offense? offensive language, but not towards players in the game?
No based on what riot has said it is not bannable. Although I would be careful with the At&T one.....you never know where a person works and they might find it offensive.
In general cussing is ok as long as it is not directed at anyone.
"fuck me I screwed that up" is fine
"Fuck you" is not.
However hate speech of any type even if not directed at someone is bannable. So be careful in your word choice.

This is fine so long as it is not after every death. Spam is a report category.
It also helps to take care and observe how the team reacts. If its made clear it is annoying someone then stop.

While I agree, and further postulate that most American ISP providers are garbage, this is something the system might pick up.
