Another bad example of Riots management about Harassment

You are repeating the same mistakes all over and over and over again. You can still ban players that write "K.Y.S" but you can't ban players that write "I'm teemo and I like shooting darts into your big @ss you dumb bi@tch" or "I have fun because I fooking win you idiotic sack of rocks, it's more fun than losing" or "Wow you can also flash, great mechanic for someone with -10 IQ u stupid wh*re" and "I am allowed to flash or getting ganked because I have better skill than you" Ok then Riot, ban players that write only one harassing word instead of banning players that enforce harassment without saying "K.Y.S" only once. Great way to make the game less toxic. Bravo.

Edit: allow me to say that I know that the word "K.Y.S" is still offensive, yet I'm talking about how it's gonna used or how big meaning has this word. I have seen friend of mine to get banned for writing the word "K.Y.S" in our team chat by saying that it was meant to say "Kiss Your Sister" while my teammates threatened him to report him while he explained them it was a joke. While if another harassment is way bigger that this word like the harass I received, yet the guy who wrote all of those stuff won't get banned? Because the guy that said all of those stuff which i have reported didn't get banned. Give me as many downvotes you want, but bigger harassments than one bannable word should be equally punished. And don't talk about the mute button, ignoring doesn't work in such an environment like league
