Players that are not listening to shotcalls should be banned

By dropping from silver 1 to silver 2, i have noticed that most of my matches, are ending with a loss because most of them doesnt listen to shotcalls (and thats obvious for such an elo like this), but it becomes really frustrating for someone that continously gets front in the game and help his team as much as he can even if they are dont know what they are doing during the game. But really, whats tha point of playing a team game if you dont follow they player that got the lead. I recently met a Malzaxar that lost us the game because he only splitpushed top while we won 3 teamfights before because i had the lead as Aatrox with 7/2/9 KDA and a Riven that went to steal Ocean Drake and died alone while i had the lead again as Pantheon with 10/1/6 (In most of my games im ending up to have the lead because i have experience by ending gold 1 in the previous season). Those games are nightmare, and are being depended by RNG only .Even if you win, you never know if someone ends up to splitpush just because he thinks that he already won while the game didnt over. Do something for those players that are denying to listen to shotcalls. My suggestion for them is to give them a 20 min ban for 5 games if they dont listen to shotcalls

What if the shotcalls are bad? This is a terrible idea. If they make having to listen to every bozo who thinks he's hot shit a bannable offence, then go ahead and ban me.

Who died and made you team captain in a team of randoms?

Who determines who gets to be the “boss”?

What if your shotcalls are bad? I do split pushes often, and while I'm by no means a master of strategy at this game, a lot of the times that my team complains about me splitting are simply wrong.

"Teamwork is a group of people doing what I say." "I'd gladly group up but nobody else is following me."

Doing something that loses a game is not an offence by itself. It's an offence only if you can prove that it had the negative intent behind it.

So you basically say according to your logic is that a Malza that dies alone while his team is still alive and they could have end the game if he has on their side is good? Reconsider it

i think the op is talking about obvious shot calls that should be common sense to do. As an example in one of my previous games my team had an enemy inhib and 2 of their players dead. we couldnt end because we were too far away from their base so i called for baron as that was the smart play because they couldnt stop us it was 5v3. However our akali said she dosent have to listen to my shot calling so she decided to chase the enemy tryn across the map. She then got jumped on by the other two players and ran back to baron taking the enemy with her. they stole baron and ended because one person decided that dont have to listen to shot calls even though we could have gotten baron and won easily. these are the type of players that dont listen to shot calls that need to be banned. It was an easy win and it was blown by one person who cant listen.
