You can say a lot in chat. You can even express your desire to have a teammate take a breather. This, for example, is fine:

This stuff, though, isn't. A play-by-play of how everyone else is being jerks is just needless antagonism and pot-stirring that doesn't do anything productive and makes the game environment worse.

You have no idea whether or not the other guys received chat bans. The only thing you can do is worry about your own actions and try not to let this game get you too bent out of shape.
