100% way to make league less toxic

This is a sure way to improve league But people will argue all chat and taunting the enemy is a strategy ....soo being toxic is a strategy then I ask them ? I've posted this sort of thing and people down vote it saying that's not being toxic....typing in ? Off say a failed gank, or spamming your mastery emoji tilts ....and again that is toxic there is no need for that crap .if you want to improve league so it's not toxic then A. Get rid of all chat function entirely all chat meaning typing to the enemy team during a match B. Have permanent chat restriction because that's by far the worst thing to have is being chat restricted .C get rid of dodge timers like dodge a game and your dodge timer for 5 min and goes up from there instead do it how heroes of the storm does it make some one complete so many normal games. Sadly it's needed to dodge due to picks your comp has because people refuse to pick a tank and they blame the supp even though supp was first pick..... meaning a free dodge would be nice . D give the team who wins in remakes like 6 points or something around there because let me tell you I was in 7 matches in a row that were remakes and that's a lot of time wasted. These are ideas that would improve league 100% and people on the boards will down vote

All chat and chat are just tools. Players can use them for toxicity, and when not available, they'll just use other tools.

Getting rid of dodge timers means you could dodge anytime you have unfavorable match ups. This would also increase queue times.

Giving LP for not doing anything? You get LP for wins. No other situations.

I will say, as much as it's a pos thing to do, I do laugh when someone type "?" in chat after someone dives into a 5v1 and gets nuked.

Not in game, but to myself.

Why is there even ALL chat? There's no point in talking to the enemy team except to wish them gl/hf and compliment their skins. LOL

its a game. flaming, taunting, raging is part of the game. competitive mult player games will always have flamer. i used to flame a lot. trust me it got me into bronze. now i am trying to get better. remmember in the end of the day its your fault for losing. u arent skillfull enough to win the match for your team. even in real sports everyone praise the great player not the team. you can do is ask your teammates nicely.
