Question about chat restriction and behavior (Clarification. Riot response?)

Hello, I just received a 10 game chat restriction. No big deal, I'll accept it. I've had some games where I probably should have just shut my mouth. Nothing too out of line I think, but I digress. My question is, why did I receive a chat restriction for this particular chat log? At no point was I really harassing anyone or trying to be toxic. I even joked around and had fun with people on the enemy team and my team. For reference, pretty much everything past "don't even fucking bother anymore (which was about trying to help bot, a lost cause for me at that point because I was adc)" is /all chat and talking to the enemy team. I like, kind of see what may have been bad I guess? But I honestly don't really see how this is something I should be chat restricted for. Like I said, I'll take my temporary restriction and move on. No complaints. I just want to know exactly what part of this violates Summoner's Code and why, because I actually don't really know. Some clarification (from a Rioter especially) would be helpful. Thanks!

EDIT: Also, will this affect ranked rewards, assuming I don't get another penalty?

That log was punishable. I'm going to wager you probably displayed similar behavior in other games. Thus, it wasn't this one game alone that got you chat restricted but probably a pattern of such behavior. This was just the game that broke the camel's back. More logs might be in the in-client reform card or if you emailed Support they might be able to provide you with some.

This is just the first tier of punishment. If you reform, than you'll reset to a completely "clean" account. It just takes sometime. I don't believe Riot has stated the requirements for Ranked Rewards at the end of the season yet. Typically though, it requires a clean account at the time the Season ends.

I disagree, your chat does seem to be nasty at times, or since you asked why Let me ask you a question...

When were you Neutral or positive in this game ?

You should be taking this seriously because if you keep this up we will be hearing about a perma-ban !

Again, you need to have proper context to understand what is going on. That is what is fundamentally flawed about this system.

No !! Not flawed in this case or 99% I read.

I don't need to know what others said during this game to understand what is wrong with the chat logs you provided.

I could list lots of things in this passage but one thing shines out the most: dont even f*cking bother anymore, you shouldn't curse, its against the summoner's code. Yes it was very small, but it still is something. It obviously isn't the main reason why you got restricted, but it is one of them, and riot show all info.

Ususally with reports/chatlogs. if they are long enough they basically just give you one. Plus you got this particular chatlogs because this was the final game in which you got your punishment for. So for all you know your other games is probably what caused the ban it just wasnt finalize till after this game.

With that said you do show signs of toxic behavior. You fishing for reports, and what seems like giving up/afk. Plus it seems like you do alot of talking/typing and less playing. So there is some legitimacy in this chatlog for a punishment. tamed, but then again this is a 10 game chat ban!

I could list a lot of things I feel is wrong with the chat but this is the least of my concerns.

For example, I don't care if one uses certain words, I'd be more concerned with the --content of the statement...

For starters, beyond the word "F" the context of giving up is wrong, that is only on this comment alone, the whole log is negative as far as I read it. That to me is more important then the word used. I again say I Will Not go into this punishment "Log" word for word.. Please enlighten me with a link that tells about not swearing in game...Really, if there is one I missed it and Need to read it...Thanks all!
