Is there a teemo bug?

Two different games I've seen a teemo just dissapear immediately after he moved. Not only did he dissapear but he reapeared somewhere else. I know his passive makes it so you need a few seconds after moving but he was moving and suddenly just disapeared like he was camoflauge.

He's able to move around invisible while in bushes, if that makes a difference to what you saw.

Must have had something to do with a bush. They made it so he automatically camouflages in brush and there's something where he can move while camouflaged after he goes stealth i believe.
