Is trolling in blinds tolerated?

So I had a diamond player who says he will go support. Then suddenly he picks jungle and proceeds to jg for while. Then we ask why troll --> "cuz i wanna prove that I am better than all of you even when I troll." Think reporting him will make a difference?
