Account permanently suspended, I have no idea why

I tried to log into my account today, it said my account had been permanently suspended. I checked my email for anything, but all I could find was an email that said I needed to enter a code into a security dialog (I also have no idea how that got there.)

Please help, I'm very confused

ps: there was absolutely no info on why I was banned anywhere.

sounds like a security reason.

you may have been hacked.

If that is the case, you just need to provide them with the details that only you know and you should be able to get it back.
