Is picking a new champion INTing?

So, there's been quite a few Sennas in ranked recently and the results have been... less than impressive. I had a Senna go mid and well... she fed the enemy Yasuo pretty hard. I don't know if she had never played the character before, but it sure seemed that way. So my question is this, is picking a character you've never played before and doing badly with them inting?

Step 1. Identify what "Int'ing" is short for. (Intentionally if you needed help). Step 2. Look up what Intentional Means. Step 3. Ask yourself if the player was intentionally feeding kills over and over. Step 4. Realize the Answer to #3 is No. Step 5. Use acquired information to answer your own question. Step 6. Thank evolution for higher level thinking.

No.

Neither of these are inting.

Of course not. It's just picking a champion you don't know well and not doing so great with them. In what way is that intentional feeding?

It isn't inting, but it shouldn't be done in ranked if they never played senna before.

I've inted alot of games by this logic... since I've gotten every champ to lv2/3 except Senna Most as a support :p
