Any reprise for announced trolls?

So just had a ranked lobby where a person banned my chosen champ. When asked why they stated they wanted to drop ELO, and were intentionally trolling. They then took Janna Jungle with TP and Shield. I was left with facing dodging myself, or suffering through a game that was almost assuredly a loss. Somebody ended up dodging, which while that was nice that I avoided what was sure to be a horrendous game, there is no report option for this toxic person as the game didn't happen. So is there anyway to bring this player's behavior to attention, or do I just have to hope he continues to ruin the game for others and eventually gets his comeuppance?

You can manually send a report via a support ticket. No garuntees the rioter who is assigned to you will care though. It depends on luck of the draw

You can file a report manually about this, and include screenshots of their conversations (as long as it's relevant, aka them claiming they're feeding or trolling) You won't get the result of the report as Riot doesn't share what punishments are dealt (you only get a notification on the client if your report is the one to tip the scale and cause the person to receive their punishment)

I've had these guys before, where they ban my champ because they wanted the role i have, then if I don't fork it over they int feed.
