Just venting a little frustration

Can someone please explain how matchmaking works? I'll admit my last few games have been horrible and I sucked hard but before I was doing amazing even going on 8 win streak and had an 88% winrate. But the moment my win streak was broken I started getting paired with complete IDIOTS that are either just really bad or are trolling. Recently I've gotten an "ADC" Darius that just inted the whole match. I mean he was several levels under the enemy team lowest level and would always just head right into them when someone so much as poked the enemy. A Twisted Fate that was building AD instead of AP and the list goes on. I normally don't like to thing the meta should always be enforced but somethings in this game are set in stone such as not building AD on a Mage.

And if isn't people like them it's a team that just wants to ARAM whenever we're ever close to each other constantly pinging to group in Mid lane and throwing a fit that I or someone isn't grouping. I think on this point we can all agree that this is super annoying. I can't stand how many times I've seen a huge minion wave pushing into our side of the map and all the ADC wants to do is run it down Mid so much they'll force the fights and die thinking you'll conform to their idiotic charge. Am I playing this game wrong or is not grabbing those 18 minions, that is worth more than 1 kill, what I'm supposed to do and fall off because I have no gold because the enemy team isn't completely brain dead and is sitting under their tower clearing our minions and generally making no progress towards taking that tower? Not to mention most junglers don't seem to understand they shouldn't be taking those minions the team is clearing to get to the tower and is costing our Carry farm that they need. What's most frustrating though is when someone wants to charge down Mid when we know who's carrying THE RIFT HERALD and just wants to ignore them as they wipe out an entire side lane by themselves. I get this is low elo and I shouldn't expect "good" teams but I don't think it's too much for people to know the damn basics of the game excluding the trolls. I'm just kinda tired of winning one game and then losing 10 in a row. Even If I was winning 1-1 I'd be fine with that but losing every single time is very discouraging.
