How does Riot review so many reports?

With everyone listing their complaints on here, im wondering how does Riot even have time to investigate every single report accurately? This entire section in the forums seems a little far fetched. Its great they care, but with so many people complaining, you'd wonder how they even manage to fix all these problems without taking shortcuts. Is something actually being done about these reports or are they selectively choosing the ones that matter to them only?

They only use bots to ban people unless its something a rioter personally wants to do or for perma bans. Basically for every type of ban besides the stated. Takes enough reports. If you get enough reports you are probably trash or you are like me and good at pissing off douche bags then you will be reported all the time and receive no ban for technically not breaking rules/being a doucher.

Riot uses automated systems to handle most punishments. Said automated systems are very accurate, hence why you only once in a blue moon see a false punishment applied. Riot periodically reviews certain cases where players are reported a lot but do not get punished by the system to determine if players are attempting to avoid/evade detection by the system.

most people on here are delusional and post chat logs that dont even warrant a check the only ones that do get checked are with special context such as trolls making people say shit that one aram kys thing and idiots that edit their logs to make the system look terrible without realizing riot has full access to their logs
