He kind of did, but he got even more famous off of it.

There's really no point in getting worked up about it at this point.

If you are a fan you get to laugh at how stupid riot looked from the whole thing and how he can make a living off of gaming. Not worth getting mad at.

If you don't like him you can pout and say that he's banned anyway, and continuing to cry about him being toxic only makes him more popular. Thus it's in your best interest to stop mentioning him.
