Why are there so many trolls now

for past 3 games ive had trolls that completely threw the game we were stomping but then they got all pissy and decided to troll for no reason!!!! and ofc when anyone says to ban them the other team just acts like they better than you and "we won cuz pure condition" like no we had 2 people purposefully running into you guys and feed you! and even better these people are never gonna get banned because the new system is so useless :) seems to be an increase from any other time or is it just my bad luck

maybe to fix this, bring back the tribunal? it was fair and offered the community to rally against people who needed to be punished why is this league of toddlers now
