EU Low Elo is way too Toxic...

Hey there Riot, i would like to know if you plan to fix the problem with toxic people in lower elo games.. People start flaming from the first blood and they type "GG" in all chat just 5 minutes into the game, i don't blame my team for being in the elo i am but how am i supposed to improve if i am getting flamed, then i am getting tilted and in the same time i have to stay there to play a 4v5 game for 30+ minutes.. I understand you try to not ban a lot of players since the League Community has been like that for many years but now it is getting to a point where nobody can't stand it.. We went from the old good trashtalk which was fine by me, to the serious one and they be like "I go afk, ggwp, ez" "You suck silver noob(meanwhile he's silver as well and he's worse than you).. This situation must be stopped, do something with your honor system, it is useless at this point, make it at least matter in the match making, high honor players will match with high honor players as well, also add a feature where allows you to turn off duos to be in your game and the autofill protection, Q times might go up but it will be completely optional.. I don't mind waiting some extra 2 or 3 minutes to get matched with people where i am going to enjoy my experience. Also, please take into consideration more harsh punishments for people who leave and go afk, and there are people who troll,flame and go base afk and they get no punishments.. I have more fun in League playing weird picks with weird builds rather than trying to have a competitive experience..
