OTP and first time ranked players should be punished

As in the title, OTP (One trick ponies) and first time ranked champ players should be punished.

I'm sick and tired of having an OTP in my game, when he does not get his role or champion he plays like a silver player and we lose, just because he is an OTP, and his brain cannot handle learning more than champion

And retards that play first time champs on ranked do the same, they lose games, because they have no experience with a champion and proceed to feed the experienced players.

At least in my opinion both of these kinds of people should be punished for such behavior, because it is clearly assisting the enemy team. This kind of players are even worse than int feeders, because those are extinct now.

One Trick Ponies are fine in my experience. But you're right, people shouldn't play a champion for the very first time ever in ranked. I just recently got a survey from Riot regarding that, so hopefully there are changes in the works.

But, you're not really helping your argument when you call people "retards" regardless of the reason. Tone down the language and you have a valid argument.
