Issue with /Remake

I think the problem with /Remake is that it only goes applies at the 3 minute mark. I've tried /Remake not too long ago, but at a later time because someone was AFK and it simply didn't work. Either that or it doesn't apply to ARAM and if that's the case, then I really think it should. I personally think that /Remake should be available to toggle beyond 3 minutes as well. People can just wait AFTER 3 minutes to AFK and from then, it's just not going to be able to work. This is my opinion on how /Remake should be done. If it is actually done like this, then please tell me because I'm not seeing it.

Why would it be available in ARAM. Whole point of /remake is ranked. U dont lose anything in ARAM if someone is afk.

Remake doesnt work in low elo because people die too fast.

If everyone connected to the game, you CAN NOT remake it. Even if one of them only connected for .00005 seconds and disconnected, you CAN NOT remake it. So having it work later for "people who AFK later" wouldn't do anything.

I've had 3 people leave games in the first 2 mins and say "Just use /remake" but it doesn't work that way. Once all 5 players have connected even once, /remake is no longer an option.
