I noticed in the video that the monsters look towards the area you are going or in. I'm not sure if that will affect the game play so much for the reason that it may give away the position of someone who's trying to hide. What do you guys think about that?
On the QnA they stated that the enemy will only see the neutral monster looking towards you if they can see you.
I think it's negligible in effect. If you are close enough that the camps are in their aggro animation towards you then you are more than likely within vision of the person that can see the camp.

This is not to be concerned about, actually, as the monsters turning their heads are client-side only and will not be seen by any other player.
It's client side only, meaning it'll only show on the people's screens that should be wary of the info
