I don't understand why I am forced to play with people I have blocked. Trolls and afks. It's a shame this just allowed and then you are forced to play with these people and likely lose because of them directly or in-directly.
cos at higher elo, the player pool is much smaller. If they blocked alot of people, their match making would be horrible.
Block is a function of the friends list. You just want it to be something that it isn't.
I find it hilarious that people down vote you for voicing a valid concern. There are so many people so far up Riots' pompous asses it is ridiculous.
The problem with that is that it will be used to block players that are simply better than you. This could easily be abused especially at higher elo's.
