is it rough and toxic to me? no but were you coming off a 14 day ban and im sure you were told any form of toxic behavior would get you banned then by Riot's definition you exhibited toxic behavior.. seems pretty cut and dry. Not to be an ass I don't think its bad personally but its not like you were one and done either.
