Someone mentions about playing Katarina, so I give a funny response.

Why not just copy and paste your logs, instead of putting in commentary that did not affect your punishment.

Well I mean, in terms of poor behavior, there is enough to formulate a report. People need to get in the habit of repeating the mantra "Mute and move on". If the other player was also acting poorly enough to considered reportable, ok, then do so. But voluntarily jumping into the argument sort of throws you into the grey area that no one wants to be in when they later want to justify their actions on a forum.

Asking others to report someone is reportable. (BTW, you only need 1 report to trigger the automated system....asking for more is actually pointless.) If nothing else (does look pretty tame if that's everything), that is what they got you for. Also, probably not a good idea to tell someone you are reporting them.

Imo, you didn't deserve any form of punishment, this game was questionable negative in the most minority of the community, I don't think the majority of player think that calling someone out on their "feelings" is toxic in any form leading to a punishment.

This is also why you should completely remove the word "feeding" and "yourself" "harassment" "ez" from your vocabulary when chatting in league since those are word that the system marks as "possible toxic" when scanning the chat logs regardless if they're negative or not.

In a nut shell.

Tristana was raging like a kid. I didn't argue. I difn't fight back. I told them to do what they're doing. I'm reporting for harassment. Silence was nice. Won the game. Watched One Piece.

The lack of a scroll bar in the screenshot is bothersome. What punishment was issued? Usually a single game doesn't trigger a chat restriction.
