I've currently been permabanned for reasons i dont even think are correct. I've had a long journey this game was fun, i hope all of you the best i am currently done with this game through out the 2 weeks where i wasnt banned i wasnt toxic but for 2 games when i was not even that toxic and i was defending myself? I don't get it. Well guys i've had a fun time, but fun doesnt last forever, i guess this is my goodbye. Game 1 JumpScareSpears: Hey guys can you report warwick? When a person says "I wasn't that toxic", it's quite funny. If you have a problem with a game, just hit that mute button.

So you were ban for being toxic. You acknowledge that in this post, but for what ever reason you aren't showing us the chatlogs they given you? If you want to have a discussion about your ban with the community the right thing to do is show us the evidence they have given you. We can't go by "I wasn't that toxic" because you obviously did something wrong to warrant the punishment.

To me this gives the impression that if someone has a bad KD that it's acceptable to be rude to them, It's not.

We get that Warwick was trolling but constantly reminding people about it is annoying and unneeded, not to mention that it won't stop the troll from trolling.

My verdict: Punish.

Game2:

Not reportable by itself but generally people tend to say this when they're mad and/or want to be a jerk in that game.

Well you could do so in a way that doesn't make you come off as a negative nancy so-to-speak there.

My verdict: Pardon.

Conclusion:

When someone is doing poorly and/or trolling you tend to go off on them for the entire game. You also tend to call for reports and make some passive-aggressive comments as well.

My Advice:

  • Don't call for reports, ever, as it's considered harassment. If you need to report someone then just do so after the game. 1 report is as good as 9 so there's no reason to ask other people to report someone.
  • A troll won't stop trolling if you start making passive-aggressive comments at them. If you've asked them to stop and they won't then just mute and report them after the game.
  • Try to spend less time typing and more time actually focused on the game itself. The more time that you spend typing up troll-related stuff the less time that you have to actually play the game itself.

My overall and final verdict: Punish.

P.S. While this specific case wasn't super toxic by itself, because Game 1 is punishable by itself, and because you have a history of acting up in-game and have already received at least 35-games worth of chat restrictions+a 2 week ban, that's why you received a permaban, because it's the next step up from a 2-week ban.

I've seen, and said a lot worse than this. If someone is trolling then they deserve to be reported so asking for them to be reported isnt harassment and thats nonsense. How people react to being flamed/harassed/trolled is normal and i would tell people to report warwick and i would call him an asshole if people asked because he is. He's trolling not only me but my team as well and harassing me, why am i the one to get banned? That makes no sense, Riot's toxicity problem has never been managed well and they only ban toxic chat not toxic play. i can mute you but i cant mute your trolling/intentional feeding. This is quite simply stupid and if i were banned for that JumpScare I wouldnt even want to come back because that's really shitty of Riot. I typically love Riot and defend them on reddit posts and forums but this is just pathetic.

Doesn't look like this should warrant a permaban. I don't see anything that screams 'toxic player' about this. I don't even think this would deserve a warning. Looks more like someone had it out for you. Good luck on this.
