Champion select CONSTANTLY freezing everyday

Everyday i open league to play, champ select freezes and causes me to wait 30 MINUTES because of league client fucking up? im about 100% sure it is not my computer i tried fix and tried uninstalling and reinstalling NOTHING seems to work and it just pissing me off SO MUCH its just a huge pain in the ass cause everyday i have to deal with this. Riot please fix this.
