Smurfing has to be made against the rules

I am absolutely so freaking tired of running into smurfs, not because theyre better than me and playing against lower skilled players for easier wins. i am tired of running into them because they are playing on alternate accounts and as such have very little if any regard to any repercussions taken against that account for any negative attitude or rule breaking that they may incur. I can't count how many time's I've seen someone break the rules or code of conduct in a game and reply with "go ahead and ban me, this is only my alt account, it wont affect me at all" or some other variation of that. A 4v5 isn't a fun or enjoyable game, if anything it only ruins the mood for 4 players for 20+ minutes. Sure we can and most likely will report the rule breaking player, but what effect does it have if they can continue to play anyways on god knows how many other accounts they use.

This happens to me, but even Nightblue quits the game he's playing if he doesnt like it or if its "boring", he even does it on his stream, cause he just has so many accounts........

its true that an afk is not fun to play with but not all smurfs are like that just because you run into a bad one here and there does not mean everyone should have to same treatment done to them

Most smurfs aren't like that at all, yes their is an extremely vocal minority of them, but banning smurfs will not keep people from doing it in the slightest(technically account buying is against the rules as well, but that happens on a regular basis). The issue with saying all smurfs are doing that, if just not true, and in all honesty, most smurfs don't even say they are smurfs, or even talk much unless asked directly/spoken to.

Just like restarting a game to play it through again, most people who make smurfs just don't find the game as enjoyable anymore at level 30 for many reasons. Whether it be bad teammates, the "standardization" of how the game is played, the bad teammates, the "OP" champions, feeling like you should be Challenger, and did I mention the feeding teammates because you're simply amazing and it's your team that's constantly making you lose games? (The day people will stop complaining will be the day I turn Diamond, you really need to relax if you're constantly yelling at your team. It's. A. Game. /rant)

ANYWAY, most find the game just to be repetitive, usually you see the same builds on everyone, same runes, champions that go in out of the meta whereas you are playing with new players and do stupid things like Blitzcrank Jungle, ADC top, duo top because you don't have smite until a few levels in, little to no pressure to win. Yes it does suck when you're level 15 and have to go up against a plat IV smurf, but any competitive game is like that, heck even any game where you can just abuse your knowledge of the game.
