At what point does ganking/targeting/camping turn into harassment?

I'm genuinely curious to what people think of that as it's a question that's been mulled over in my mind ever since playing Udyr with Predator and running top to camp the hell out of an unfortunate person.

That's in-game harassment. That is the good kind of harassment and the kind Riot approve of. Don't think anything of it. In-game harassment is no different than zoning or camping.

It's verbal harassment that's against the policy. If anything, you're doing it right. Play them mind games with in-game tactics. So if someone says something like that, know you're doing your job.

Never. If one side of the map is being camped then they know that they have a numbers advantage on the rest of the map - it's on them to make the most of that. The person being camped needs to either request help from his team, or fall back and advise them to make proactive plays in other lanes.

It's a competitive game - there's nothing wrong (in my opinion) in exploiting a weakness in the other team (unless it's an obvious dc).

There is one and only one scenario where that can be punished; that is, when someone is watching your stream to cheat the fog of war. And that's cheating, not harassment.

You'd have to be brand new to video games in general, not just League of Legends, to think someone killing you in a game is ever "harassment."

Its because its too easy to do and it wins the game. Technically this is a team game so constant 2v1s are to be expected however, it sucks and tilting how you cant do much about it

That should be fine in my book. I mean if your enemy is a Tryndamere and you can continuously keep him out of lane and famished, that would just be common sense. Am I supposed to just let him farm up, get kills, get ahead, and watch him crit the daylights out of us?

it becomes harassment as soon as you want to self harm over how many times you have seen then enemy mid laner

anything to win. even if you have to hard tilt the enemy players

Hmm. Idk how gameplay could be harassing. Repeated ganks against your lane wouldn’t be punishable, in my opinion.
