Really riot!? This is so stupid i haven't had any punishments on my account for like 5 months!.... I just want to enjoy the game now and be able to experience the hextec crafting system!

so .. you didn't get punished for 5 months and now you are punished?
or were you punished a while ago, coming back and now looking for rewards?
The hextech ineligibiliy works off # of games, 30-40 games without being (validly) reported. So time isn't a factor.
