How do I report a player via ticket?

Katie Killjoy··2 votes·1,128 views

Just had a game with a very toxic player harassing me for playing Riven. Gave me a death threat at one point in the game. How do I report this via ticket so I know this guy is banned? Because he's said he does this to anyone who plays a "no skill champ" (Basically any champ he doesn't like). I have screencaps if Riot needs them.

Type into google riot support and the you click on categories " I have a question about League of Legends" then near the bottom "Game and features" and finally "General Questions". Insert whatever screenshots you want and submit.

Exactly! Or do it on the post-game screen by clicking on those red exclamation marks to file a report.

You cant, you report them from the end-of-game screen next to their name.

Riot does not need screencaps, all chat is logged and automatically reviewed if a player is reported. If they acted that badly, they will be punished.

I was almost sure there used to be a way, but thanks man. I hope he gets banned soon.

You can open a ticket screen shots of what was said Its there submit ticket riot reads really quickly response soon if you have no screen shots use the time/date/team info also link them the game in question so they have the basis to look at it in detail if you just say xyz was being a dick it gets brushed off but with evidence they will take it

What category does it go under?

You can, sorta. Riot flat out tells you they can't take action from support tickets and tells you to just use the in game report feature, even though many games you can't.

I will say you can but riot cannot disclose what they do to the person so you will not know if the person has been banned or just moved accounts

I should rephrase that. I want to know someone, a human, from Riot looked at it instead of a machine.
