Um 14 days later still have my suspension help.
I got my suspension 5:58 pm on February 14th its now 6:34 pm on february 28th still have my 14 day suspension.

... I don't think i can help on this one. Wait it out one more day and then check in with riot if it is still an issue. If you had a 14 day suspension make a new account. One word of harassment or you being toxic = permaban.
The time is based upon Pacific time - thus your suspension will be over at 5:58 Pacific time (west coast US) today - 6:58 PM Mountain time, 7:58 PM Central time, 8:58 PM Eastern time.
