Why do people argue about someone else's elo in normal games?

Can somebody tell me why I cant Play a single normal game (or even an aram) without being asked about my elo? Its always the same "d5 trash" trashtalk and im kinda sick and tired of having to ignore people because of that. It becomes worse when e.g. your botlane has one silver adc and one plat Support. I swear to god if this lane loses, they wont stop arguing about how a plat 3 Support can be so bad and useless against a Gold Support or something like that.

Cant you guys just Play the damn game??

Like why do you always have to open op.gg and check each others elo just to have a reason to flame them? Cant People just Play a goddamn normal game and have some fun? There are and always will be People, who are better or worse than you or me or anybody else. If you want to improve, then do something for it. But stop ruining everybody else's game because you struggle to become better in it. I have no advantages being hardstuck Diamond 5 since 2 years (exept getting a free Skin from riot which only requires to be gold) so stop pouring your salt on me or on anybody else who is better/worse than you.
