Thoughts?

Im posting this because there was talk on reddit about the smite singed support and riot's response. Here's Riot Gromp on AdellaideSkyhart: " This player might have a respectable(-ish) winrate on Support Singed with Smite and no Sightstone, but the pick and build also nets them a frankly enormous number of reports and probably gives their ADC high blood pressure."

Hmm, well let's see what do we have here: http://imgur.com/a/lLxXd In champ select I kept advising him to take exhaust since they had 2 assassins and their lane was pretty defensive (Lux support Ezreal ADC.) Instead, he takes ignite. He said nothing as we loaded, I had a bad feeling but I couldn't dodge since it was my promos. Simply put, he doesn't build sighstone, instead he rushes Ludens and feeds their enemy Jhin. I was powerless to do anything as he said "Lmfao enjoy your promos loss idc". So can't you 2 week ban him for "not communicating with the team" since he didn't build sightstone and basically fed them? Or is it because he was playing a "meta role" that he gets a free pass?
