so i got chat restricted on my smurf account just because i flamed someone which i admit is reportable but what happened was my adc got killed in like the first 3 minutes of the game so my taric just gave up and went to my lane which was mid lane and went afk there took my exp and didnt move for like 10 minutes so ofcourse i started flaming him and i honestly dont think i shouldve been chat restricted for such a dumb reason like that so i wanted to ask did i deserve it?

Yes. That is one of the things that can get you punished. You're judged on your behavior, not your behavior relative to someone else's.

You answered your own question. Yes, you deserved it. You knew flaming was reportable, you flamed, you got reported, you got punished.
