so my brother tried to gift me 100$ worth of rp and instead of me getting it he got it so i wanted to ask has this happened to anyone else recently? he submitted a ticket to riot supp like a day ago and we still havent gotten an answer but the thing is you know when u try to gift someone u can put in a message he put a message and im pretty sure that if u buy it for urself u cant put a message for yourself so if anyone can help i will gladly accept it.
