I'm toxic, but I'm trying to be better

Ok title, but I do have a question. I know there used to be a way to unbind you enter key so you couldnt chat. I want to do this, because I can be VERY toxic, and I'm trying to avoid being banned for my misbehavior. I looked in the keybinds, but i couldn't find it anymore. Is there someway to unbind it now, or is it impossible?

You could just pop the enter key off your keyboard whenever you go into a League game. :3

If you get rid of the enter key, be sure to have a punching bag near by so you can still have an outlet to vent ;-)
