Does RIOT care about Fake Reports Harassment ?

Time to time I am being harassed by players who calls for fake reports and incites others to promote fake reports. I play Zilean support and players usually don't like my AP build, they don't like that i don't get sightstone or i clear creep waves. That only happens when they get outplayed so they basically trying to frame me like kind of criminal or scape goat as the reason of their miss play and call me a troll.

I know that reports accumulates during the period of time and i am afraid that those fake reports can shape in. That's the question: 1) Do RIOT look into fake reports as harassment and punishes those who reports 2) RIOT just simply ignores those reports and drops 3) RIOT collects and keeps fake reports to investigate later on ?

ps. in my last game mid laner Lux who end up 2/10 suddenly started calling me a troll and telling "full ap", "u ulti urself", "nice support", "pls report him", "i want him to be ban". The reason why ? - because i took like 6 creep from mid lane and didn't ulti her during her misplay.

Every report triggers a review by the Instant Feedback System, but nothing happens to an account if it doesn't detect any toxicity. This includes "fake" reports.

Thankfully Riot does have checks that they make. Innocent until proven guilty! I have people say they are going to report me for feeding and other things when really it is just a bad game. They can report me all they want but just because you have a bad KDA doesn't mean you are getting banned from the game, it just means you shouldn't drink and play games and expect to be good... or final game of the night im usually pretty tired and my focus is not what it normally is.
