Drastic changes across Silver/solo queue

Decided to do placements on solo queue and what I noticed is that first of all,I played 4 matches overall tonight,all of them tough as nails.I don't struggle like this in flex,the difference is highly noticeable,much so that I thought I was playing vs gold.Anyway,the next thing is silver 3+ is much better than 4 and below.Secondly,playing these matches,they did some things that are questionable by me. Example: top used tp on a ward near our red instead of walking to it (he was in base) while there was no vision of where the enemy was and so on
