Looking for non-toxic players to play with

Hi,I am a level 30 summoner who recently started playing the game again.I got very tired of the teammates accusing each other or me or even talking trash about the enemy team and would like to find people who simply play for fun and while being serious,won't start cursing when they lose....why is it so difficult for the majority of players in this game? Anyway,anybody's experience with the game would be better if they had the right people to play with,that's my opinion.Thank you for your time,feel free to post here or add me.

Small note: I'm on the EUNE server and I'm not too sure if other regions can play together
