No Praise for Riot

A company that does not respect its customers deserves to go out of business, and Riot is making sure to hit every single branch on the way down to rock bottom. Never before have I had to deal with such an incompetent support staff on any game EVER. Everywhere i look i see people with the exact same issues getting shafted by the support staff, what the hell do they even do besides deny people the accounts they worked and payed for? No Red posts anywhere on the front page of this board besides the obviously staged praise thread, Disgusting. The only people who get actual help from Riot support are people who have an audience/make Riot money. If no one else will call you out on your hostility towards this community, Riot, I will. Aggressively banning accounts and refusing to help them get unbanned is absolute garbage for a company of your size to do and it should be corrected before people start realizing it. Theres a reason why your game is starting to fall off, and its not Overwatch or other competitive titles, its YOU and your mishandling of the community.

I have dealt with Riot's support team multiple times in the past and as a customer service representative in real life as well I can 100% vouch for Riot's support team. On countless occasions they have gone out of their way to help me when I was having client troubles, issues with bugs, even going out of their way to add some RP to my account when I was a bit short of something I wanted to buy.

Generally if you were banned it was for a good reason. If there was an error in their tool they would be more than happy to help.

Call me a Riot ass sucker all you want but from a customer service standpoint they go above and beyond.

Riot has great support. They have reasons for banning accounts. They have great detection software for cheating and have a reporting system that allows you to have numerous warnings before you are banned. Plenty of time to change your act. I got actual help and make no money from this game, I play it for fun.

It's just what happens when a company gets big enough. They no longer need to put effort into making sure the community is happy so why should they?

lol you should know by now its all about money, why would they care what you think or the community.

You play, get banned, make new acc, more money = easy

Care to elaborate on the kind of issues you're experiencing? It doesn't matter how much money you spend on the account. If you constantly abuse and harass others then you don't deserve to be playing, especially if you were given a warning or two to change or else. Riot has decent Customer Service, and people can change, but they have to be willing to put in the time and effort that it takes to change.
