All Player Behavior Specialists and their Supervisors

I would like a complete list of all Player Behavior Specialists, and the people who supervise them, in order to contact them/address them directly. Going through the normal ticket system seems to have gotten me no where for the last 4 months as they have been continually closing my tickets without addressing the issues I present to them.

Edit1: Yet another ticket closed out without being answered. If anyone has any information about who I can contact in order to get this resolved, please share.

I have submit two appeals so far got them answered even when not always in my favor.

Either players are disrespectful to the staff, I mean like disagree doesn't mean being disrespectful but things like F*** Riot and such.

Or you know you actually were being toxic and you are wasting their time.

I think if Riot feels there is a actual question, or it might not be correct they don't actually perm-ban players unless they have to, and actually answer unless they feel their time is being wasted / trolled.

Perhaps you need to re-examine the issues you're trying to bring to their attention. Something about your tickets is being deemed counter-productive, it seems.

Toxic community = miserable failure at their job. This is why they shit canned Lyte, cuz the toxicity has only gotten worse during his reign so I'm sure their sales have dropped. The sole purpose of this team is to keep the playerbase happy so they come back and spend money. But some how they got it in their head to focus on reports and punishments turning the entire game into a giant witch hunt, with the losing teams all pointing the finger at each other. Then they hand out bans like candy on Halloween. It would be funny if such a list got published though.
