Hidden options

Hey guys, how would you feel if you got perma banned, and after a while of talking to player behavior support through tickets, they give you options you could have used that you thought were reportable? Well, it happened to me. You see, I've been trying to tell their support team that for 4+ months now, and my problems with the community have been going on since before the report system rework. During that time you could report people for not communicating with the team, so muting everyone in a game seemed like a bad idea, even had people telling me after game that muting everyone was punishable. During that time I started getting punished for toxic behavior, which I think could have been avoided if there was any information at the time to tell me that muting everyone was OK. I honestly feel wronged by Riot because after so much time trying to explain this to them I either get my tickets shut down without explanation, or an automated response. Recently they dont even reply to my support tickets, they just auto send the same message and close the ticket, kinda makes you think that they dont really care enough.
