This BS punishment system.

I just love how focused Riot is on punishing people who are toxic in all chat but they don't ever focus on the people who troll/intentionally feed. The 9 players can MUTE the toxic person if they so choose and then they can go about playing their game however they want. Toxicity doesn't not affect the game nearly as much as someone who intentionally feeds because they're pissed off or want to troll someone they had a disagreement with. When a player intentionally feeds it nearly guarantees a ff for that team at 20 or at best they have to try and win a 4v5 against fed opponents. I would much rather deal with someone being toxic in chat than deal with someone feeding and wasting no less than 20 minutes of my time. Case in point I played with a Kindred yesterday by the name of Flame On Padawan and because I instalocked Gragas with jungling summoner spells, they said in champ select they were going to intentionally feed until 20 minutes because "getting to 30 is getting to 30". Mind you I changed my summoner spells because of this toxic kid with 10 seconds left to go but it didn't matter. Intentionally fed the first death to the enemy midlaner at 40 seconds and proceeded to run around with only mobility boots forcing our team to "open mid" to the enemy team and for our Yasuo to never even leave base. Not to mention he was also verbally toxic the entire game whether it was in champ select or post game lobby. Fix your punishment system Riot. It's absolutely BS that players who are toxic in all chat are slammed but kids who do this get away with it. Since my game with Flame on Padawan I've checked to see if he has continued playing games after the one I had with him and he has. I know for a fact that not only I reported him but 4 other people in that game did. The fact that you allow that kind of toxicity to pass but verbal chat gets immediate attention is frankly bullshit. I'm not alone when I say I'd rather mute someone/allow them to keep spamming toxic chat as long as they're trying to win the game rather than deal with an intentionally feeding child that forces me to waste 20+ minutes.
