Getting reported and accused of being toxic from toxic people

Just recently I was in a game bot and my support was afk, i played safe and farmed. We get more into the game and my support knowingly acknowledges disconnecting issues from a previous game and apologizes. I wanted to report right after and mid game the support started to say negative things to me and the jungler joining on. I tried to explain my situation 1v2 bot and they tell me im just bad. Then I asked the enemy to report them after and they start harassing me after my toxic support and jungle tell them in the toxic one. They start calling me bad and at the end of the game I get reported and a warning from league. For those of you wondering yes I did mute them after and focused on playing but it really demoralizes you knowing you can get banned and reported by toxic people and they get away with it

You have nothing to worry about if you did nothing wrong.

This is the norm. And they outnumber you. You will be banned.

You gotta love that.

I had a game like this where the support left, then mid game starts asking me why I don't come help him when he is doing whatever it is he was doing... the thing is, people forget that the beginning of the game and your cs is so crucial, that's why it's so hard to be an adc these days.

they don't don't see or remember how you had some troll support who kept trying to last hit minions and then claim that he was healing you... when you're full health.

anyway, yes... why are you so worked up over this?

AT the end of my game, which I somehow won, the troll exclaimed, "damn, I wasted all my best lines for nothing"

point is, yes, it's literally orgasmic for a troll when he/she is able to manipulate you in this manner.

Never ask for or announce reports. It's unnecessary, because the system only looks for if any reports were made, not how many, and that's to protect solo players from getting mobbed by premades. And asking for reports in all chat? Even worse, because the enemy team can't see what happens in your team chat. All they see is you threatening another player with reports.

Asking for and announcing reports is considered harrassment, is considered reportable, and does act as a red flag towards punishments.

As far as "getting away with it"... the popup warning only shows a spike in reports against you recently. It's completely separate from the punishment tiers, so if you are unlucky enough to get a bunch of popups despite doing nothing wrong? Nothing is going to happen to you on the punishment scale.
