Sion Abilities Glitched, Q and R

Played a game earlier today and everything was going fine until a bad team fight, after everyone was up again an opportunity for the perfect engage came up and I press R for that wonderful ult but I get nothing but a click sound. Thinking its lag I ignored it and tried again in another fight, same thing so i try to Q instead and I get the dreadful clicking sound. I tried changing the key and clicking the ability with my mouse and still nothing. This cost me a ranked game and this needs to be fixed. Its Vi's Q glitch all over again.
