A better afk detection system

The leaver buster system has worked pretty well the past couple of years and after all these updates i think its about time to make the leaver buster a bit smarter. First, im pretty sure we have the technology to create some sort of log if there isn't one already that records everything that happens while in game. If an error like a blue screen, overheat or hardware failure is detected it will be logged at the moment the PC crashes. Yes you will still get the afk low priority until this log can be submitted for review by a bot or person. Once you have been cleared for hardware failure you will only be left with a warning. Constant afk from hardware issues will be punished after. Second there should be an agreement to sharing this information with Riot if not you will just be treated as usual. This is just an idea, is it possible? What are your thoughts?
